Abstract

The problem addressed in this study lies in the routine practice of teaching by many teachers, without considering the consequences of their words, actions, and teaching methods. This, in turn, affects the learner, as they fail to realize that their profession does not produce tangible material objects but rather generates thought, behavior, and an entire future—not only at the individual level but also at the societal level. Accordingly, the significance of this study lies in extracting a pedagogical and educational methodology from the guidance of the Prophet?, his companions, and early scholars. Additionally, it seeks to find solutions to the challenges facing the educational process through the Qur'an and Sunnah, whether these challenges arise from the teacher or the learner, ensuring that the learning experience becomes enjoyable for both. This study aims to identify ways to strengthen the relationship between the learner and the teacher, thereby facilitating effective communication between them. It also seeks to outline the qualities that must be present in an exemplary teacher so that they can develop their abilities and achieve their educational goals. Further, it draws upon the teachings of the Qur'an, the Sunnah of the Prophet, and the guidance of the early generations regarding effective learning in order to benefit the learner. The research explores successful approaches to dealing with learners that enhance the teacher’s ability to understand them, develop their capabilities, and direct them toward goodness, thereby modifying their behavior. Additionally, it identifies a broad range of methods that assist teachers in attracting students and encouraging them to learn. Moreover, the study highlights the methods of learning and teaching mentioned in the Qur'an and Sunnah. The research adopts an inductive approach in collecting scientific material and an analytical approach in deriving the Prophet’s ? teaching methods, teaching and means he used, and the ways in which educational challenges can be addressed based on the Qur'an.
